Sony, a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation, is one of the leading manufacturers of electronics products for the consumer and professional markets. Today, one of its notable products is the Sony Bravia XBR55HX929 local-dimming LED HDTV. This intelligent peak LED backlighting will full-array local dimming allows for the most precise contrast and a much more enjoyable viewing experience.
This 55-inch television delivers a brilliant full high definition picture quality both for 2D and 3D. It even has a sleek monolithic OptiContrast panel with Corning Gorilla Glass, and also features Motionflow XR 960 technology which allows the viewers to experience smooth and precise motion detail during fast-action video. In other words, viewers will be able to experience stunning motion clarity as both the full-array LED backlighting and high frame-rate technology work together to reduce blurs caused by quick camera movements and to enhance image sharpness. As for the OptiContrast panel, this design and surface treatment works to minimize reflection and to produce deeper images with superior black levels even in bright rooms.
Apart from all that, the Sony Bravia XBR55HX929 features an intelligent presence sensor, which makes use of built-in face detection technology in order to turn itself off if no one is watching, to warn the children when they’re too close to the screen, and to adjust picture and sound based on where people are sitting in the room. With this technology, you will be able to enjoy an incredibly customized picture and sound experience every time.
This HDTV also has an energy saving switch which will help you eliminate the fuss of plugging and unplugging the cord when the television is not in use. By turning off the energy saving switch, the television’s standby power is reduced to nearly nothing.
